7u788 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") provides an online gaming and sports betting service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between 7u788 and its registered users ("players" or "members").
This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh and is available in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with the English version, the Bengali version shall prevail. Please read these terms in full before accessing or using the platform.
7u788 services include online slots, live casino, sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and more), fishing games, bingo, and various other gaming entertainment. Additional specific rules may apply to each section, and these will operate as a supplement to these main terms.
Account Registration & Verification
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account at 7u788, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each player may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, IP address, or payment method will result in those accounts being closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.
Information required at registration:
- Full name (as shown on your national ID)
- Date of birth (for age verification)
- An active mobile number
- A valid email address
- Preferred payment method details
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
In the interest of safety and security, 7u788 may request identity verification at any time. Required documents may include a copy of your national ID, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to complete verification or providing false information may result in account suspension and funds being withheld.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If someone accesses your account without permission, notify the 7u788 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login details.
Age Restriction & Eligibility
7u788 services are for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from participating on the platform. If a player opens an account using a false age, all winnings and deposited funds will be forfeited.
21+ only: Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor is prohibited by law and such incidents may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Additionally, users from any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited are not permitted to use the service. It is each user's responsibility to be aware of the laws in their own country.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at 7u788 is ৳100 (the same for all methods). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be automatically rejected.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account identity verification must be completed to successfully process a withdrawal.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method
- Withdrawals may be on hold while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress
- Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious activity
- Withdrawals above the limit may be paid out in multiple instalments
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
If you encounter any payment errors or issues, contact the 7u788 support team immediately. The Company will not be held responsible for payments made using incorrect information.
Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a bonus of ৳1,000, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit is not added.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
5.3 Additional Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer applies only once per person, household, or IP address
- Bets placed across all games while a bonus is active may not count equally — the contribution rate for specific game categories will be stated in the promotion details
- Withdrawals using only bonus funds without completing the wagering requirement are not permitted
- 7u788 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion
- If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited
5.4 VIP Program
7u788 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Moving to a higher tier brings additional benefits including weekly cashback: up to 0.3% weekly cashback at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% at Gold. Tier changes depend on playing activity and engagement.
Fair Play & RNG Policy
7u788 always adheres to a fair play policy. The games on our platform operate through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every result completely random and unbiased.

Prohibited Activities

- Bonus hunting — repeatedly attempting to claim welcome bonuses under different identities
- Collusion or secretly cooperating with other players to gain an advantage
- Match fixing in sports events or placing bets based on prior knowledge of outcomes
- Using hacking, viruses, or any other harmful technology
- Committing fraud involving payment cards or mobile banking
- Using the platform for money laundering or managing flows of illegal funds
- Threatening, harassing, or acting abusively toward other players
- Attempting to gain a gaming advantage through automated bots or software
If suspicious activity is detected, the account will be suspended without prior warning and law enforcement may be notified if necessary.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Company Rights
7u788 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice for any reason. This includes breach of terms, suspected fraud, or failure to meet legal requirements.
8.2 Player Rights
Any player may request to close their account at any time. Verified balances may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however active bonuses will be forfeited.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
